I offer online training courses on this site that contain videos, presentations, documents, drawings and other information.
Users may not modify or reproduce, share, or distribute site materials in any way. Users must keep all the material or content confidential, and it is not to be sold, auctioned, lent, hired out or otherwise disclosed to any other person or organisation. Any violation of these terms of use automatically prevents the user from further using the site and its materials.
Copyright
The content and structure of this site are protected by copyright.
All information, design and content, including the logo, graphic signs, images, sound recordings, video materials and PDF materials, shall be the intellectual property of Irena Steinberga and shall be protected by regulatory enactments binding upon the Republic of Latvia.
All digital teaching materials published on the training platform Thinkific Labs Inc., www.irenagasha-courses.com, are the intellectual property of Irena Steinberga and are protected by laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. It is strictly prohibited to use intellectual property owned by Irena Steinberga in any way by copying, publishing or transferring it without the written permission of Irena Steinberga. It is also prohibited to refilm, photograph, distribute and copy videos published on this site. Reproduction or republication of all or part of the content referred to in this Regulation shall be prosecuted. Depending on the nature and consequences of the violation of the rights, the infringer will be held liable in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Terms of payment
The billing currency on the site is the EUR. You can pay for your purchase by choosing a payment card provided by the payment platform https://stripe.com/ or PayPal provided by https://paypal.com
Personal data required to make payments will be transferred to a licensed payment institution, Stripe, Inc. or PayPal Europe.
The contract shall enter into force with the successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be notified, and the amount paid will be repaid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.
Receiving Service
Once you pay for any online course, you get access to it through your registered client profile within 1-5 minutes and are notified by email. The online course will be available for the time mentioned on the course you buy from the time of purchase.
Right of withdrawal
For online training courses, which are digital products, refunds are not offered because the access (which also includes downloadable materials) is automatically granted to you; once you get access to the materials, they cannot be retrieved.
Deployment of information
Each site user shall be fully responsible for any information they place on the site and shall assume full responsibility for the consequences of making such information public.
It is prohibited to perform activities and insert information (including photo, video and audio material) on the site which:
- infringes the intellectual property (copyright, etc.) rights of third parties;
- offends the honour and dignity of another person;
- calls for violence, racial hatred or other illegal activities;
- is vulgar or otherwise offensive;
- contains computer viruses or is designed to harm the operation (security) of computer or electronic communications software;
- is any sort of advertising, chain letters, spam, etc.;
- is pornographic or overly erotic;
- affects or may affect the operation and security of the site;
- is any sort of pyramid profit schemes, methods based on vendor recruitment;
- violates laws and regulations.
Procedures for settlement of disputes
In matters not covered by these Regulations and Conditions, the seller and the buyer undertake to comply with the Laws and Regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
Any dispute between the seller and the buyer shall be settled by negotiation or correspondence between the parties. Providing the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the parties shall resolve the conflict in the Consumer Rights Protection Centre and the court of the Republic of Latvia by the Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
